Honest, reliable, and kind. Such a relief to find a trustworthy mechanic.

Having Tommy at Hartsdale Automotive in the neighborhood has honestly been a blessing. It’s hard to find a mechanic who not only really knows what he’s doing, but is also honest, fair, and straightforward about the work. Most recently, Tommy diagnosed an ongoing issue with my vehicle that no one else had been able to figure out. What stood out to me was that he seemed just as determined to solve it as I was, and he got it taken care of. That kind of persistence and care is rare. He’s worked on my vehicle a handful of times now, and I trust him so much that my parents go to him too. If you need work done and want someone reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely fair, I highly recommend Tommy at Hartsdale Automotive. You’ll be in great hands.

I had a fantastic experience with Thomas Caggiano at Hartsdale Automotive Services in Scarsdale. I needed fog lights installed and called around noon, and Thomas was incredibly accommodating, telling me to "come on in" when other shops turned me away. The work was completed perfectly in just two hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. I am very happy with their fast, professional service and excellent value. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Know Chris and Tom for years. Trust them completely. Had alignment done - dropped car off early with convenience of drop box, got text message when car ready a couple of hours later. And gentle reminder re: inspection due next month
